The AAA Brain Gain Series brings together accomplished professionals, entrepreneurs and thought leaders for engaging sessions designed to exchange experiences, encourage innovation and create meaningful connections.

AAA hosted a session of its Brain Gain Series focused on social development and enterprise from a global perspective, bringing together members and guests for an evening of insightful discussion and professional exchange.

AAA welcomed entrepreneur Kamal Quadir, founder of bKash and CellBazaar, for an inspiring conversation on innovation, entrepreneurship and Bangladesh's digital economy. The session explored his journey, the growth of bKash, leadership and the power of technology to create inclusive progress.

Renowned entrepreneur and telecommunications pioneer Mr. Iqbal Z. Quadir shared the story behind Grameenphone, the challenges encountered along the way, and the innovative thinking that helped shape its success. An engaging Q&A inspired attendees to think differently about entrepreneurship and technology.

AAA hosted Mr. Bickey Russell for a Brain Gain Series session on “Building for the Next Billion Users,” exploring technology, innovation, and the challenges of creating scalable solutions for a growing digital audience. The session offered insights into user-focused product development, accessibility, and the opportunities for technology-driven growth.

Speaker Mr. Syed Almas Kabir shared valuable perspectives on Bangladesh's rapid digital evolution and the opportunities and challenges shaping the country's digital future. AAA hosted economist Dr. Zaidi Sattar for a Brain Gain Series session on “50 Years of Economic Development in Bangladesh,” moderated by Ms. Nusrat Aman, AAA President. The session explored Bangladesh’s economic journey over five decades, highlighting key developments, emerging opportunities, and challenges shaping the country’s economic future.



AAA hosted Mr. Asif Saleh for a Brain Gain session on “Leadership in Times of Rapid Change,” moderated by Mr. Quazi M. Ahmed, AAA Life Member.
