22nd Annual General Meeting 2025

The American Alumni Association (AAA) successfully held its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at Hotel Golden Tulip – The Grandmark Dhaka, Banani. The AGM brought together AAA members for an important evening of organizational updates, financial review, and discussions on the Association’s ongoing activities and future priorities.

The meeting covered key matters concerning the Association’s governance and financial affairs. The agenda included confirmation of the minutes of the 21st AGM 2024, presentation of the Secretary’s Report and Treasurer’s Report, selection of an auditor for the financial year 2024–2025, and an update on AAA’s fundraising efforts and financial status. Members also had the opportunity to raise and discuss matters under Any Other Business (AOB).

The AGM provided a valuable platform for members to review the Association’s progress, discuss its financial position, and contribute to important decisions concerning AAA’s continued development. The active participation of members reflected their commitment to the Association and its governance.

Following the formal proceedings, members gathered for dinner, providing an opportunity for informal conversation, fellowship, and networking in a warm and collegial atmosphere.
