AAA Election 2024

The American Alumni Association (AAA) held its Executive Council election for the term 2025-2026 on December 11, 2024. Members came together to elect their leadership team in a significant milestone for the association.

Mr. Sharif Zahir, Managing Director of Ananta Group and Chairman of United Commercial Bank PLC, was elected President of AAA. Other elected members include Ms. Nishat N. Hamid as Secretary, Ms. Labiba Anika Wahab as Treasurer, Mr. Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmed, and Mr. Syed Ishtiaq Alam as Executive Council Members.

The event saw active participation, with ballots cast in advance and on the election day, ensuring a fair process. AAA extends its gratitude to all participants and congratulates the new Executive Council, anticipating their leadership in the term ahead.
