20TH AAA AGM

It was an occasion to remember when members of the American Alumni Association (AAA) gathered at its office to foster connections and foster academic excellence at its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM). As a demonstration of the AAA’s unwavering commitment to serving its community, the event was held on June 14, 2022. The meeting commenced with the confirmation of the Minutes of the 19th AGM, followed by engaging presentations of the Secretary’s and Treasurer’s Reports. Members were updated on the association’s accomplishments and financial standing, affirming the continued dedication to transparency and progress. One of the critical highlights of the AGM was the selection of the Auditor for the Financial Year 2021-2022, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of financial integrity. Furthermore, discussions on fundraising for AAA projects showcased the collective effort to support initiatives that would enrich the lives of many. The AGM also provided a platform for members to share ideas and address any other business relevant to the association. The spirit of companionship and collaboration prevailed throughout the meeting.
