Nusrat Aman is the Chief Patron and the CEO of Ayat Education. She has completed her graduation from Clark University with majors in Biology & Psychology and a Neuroscience Concentration in May 1999. She also has an MBA in Marketing from Institute of Business Administration, Dhaka University and Graduate Certification in Social Innovation from Harvard University. She has worked with research programs in Massachusetts General Hospital under Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts, USA. She has worked at the Institute of Child and Mother Health as a Child Psychologist and Counsellor to families with children having special needs.
Zuhayr Reaz graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Economics. Having worked across various corporate giants ranging from technology, e-commerce, finance and advertising in Bangladesh, United States and Australia, he currently works as a project manager at a well-known private equity fund in Dhaka alongside his MBA from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmed, Founder & CEO, ABCDE, A visionary-corporate professional and researcher serving in the field of HR for the last three decades who has earned due respect as a distinguished HR professional due to his outstanding contribution in the field of HRM and HRD. He is fondly called as the Founder of Modern HR Practices in Bangladesh.
Mr. Ahmed has served multinationals in the USA, Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh such as Pepsi Co., United Saudi Commercial Bank, British American Tobacco, Unilever, Sanofi-Aventis, Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, Best Aviation, DBL Group, Anwar Group, KAFCO etc. He was also a Business faculty at the Kentucky College of Business, USA and Asst. Prof. at the American International University – Bangladesh.
An American of Bangladeshi origin, educated in Bangladesh, West End High School and Notre Dame College and in the USA at the Kentucky State University and the University of Kentucky (BBA concentrating in HRM and MBA in Marketing).
Mr. Ahmed is the only Bangladeshi-American who has been awarded a PATENT for his original work in the field of HR (Recruitment and Selection) known as Rakib’s Recruitment Rule – R3 by the Gov. of Bangladesh in 2016.
He has been awarded “100 Most Influential Global HR Professionals” by World HR Congress in Mumbai, India in 2017.
Joya Kabir is an entrepreneur, educator, and angel investor focusing on nutrition, community welfare, and skill development. She is experienced in running food & nutrition businesses as well as administering and teaching secondary level educational institutions. As the Co-founder & Chairman of Sea Natural Foods Limited, a company dealing in processed food & frozen seafood (ROJA brand), Joya oversees finance & procurement, distribution channel management, partner and reseller acquisition, branding and marketing, etc.
Joya Kabir is also the Chairman of AyAl Corp Limited that invests in various startups promoting social and environmental impact. As one of the initial Life-members of AAA, Joya served in its 2006-2008 Executive Council with great success. She undertook several initiatives to make best use of her US and UK based education and experience.
Mr. A. Farjad Ahmed graduated from Rutgers University in 91 with a Bachelors in Finance and returned to Bangladesh in the following summer, i.e. July 1992. Then he joined American Express Bank in August 1992 and for the next 28 years, built up a career in the financial sector having worked at institutions like Delta Brac Housing (DBH), and Standard Chartered Bank (SCB). He took an early retirement from SCB in February 2020 and currently self employed.
